Judge quashes prenuptial? In SA v PA, having actually read the case I do not see how the Judge has quashed the prenuptial. The prenup had no provision for payments after the marriage had ended. The Judge considered that the wife despite signing the prenup the night before was OK he said 'I am satisfied that the wife freely entered into it with a sufficiency of advice to enable her to appreciate its implications'

p This was a case full of financial provision but one that seemed to leave a fair equal amount to each party by the time the children had flown the nest.
